Legislators made a great decision by passing zoning reforms (HB 6107) in 2021, but didn’t get anything done in 2022. Since then, Connecticut’s housing shortage has only gotten worse.
Work Live Ride is a different approach from last year and they need to know how it’s improved and why the time is now for Transit Oriented Communities.
